Boys and girls summer tennis and girls basketball & volleyball summer camp forms need to be turned in ASAP!
Pioneer corn detasseling applications are available in the office. This summer job begins approximately July 1st and pay is $7.75/hour. You must be 13 years or older to work.
There are sign up sheets in the office for High School and Middle School boys and girls interested in running cross country this fall.
The last day books will be able to be checked out of the library will be today, May 19. All library materials need to be returned by Wednesday, May 24.
Students will turn in their chromebook on Wednesday, May 24th and their charger on Tuesday, May 23rd during homeroom and/or convocation time.
Any student in grades 6-11 who would like to be in student council next year can fill out an at-large application from Mrs. Devillez. All applications are due back to Mrs. Devillez by today, May 19
Cadet teachers - you will attend your "Cadet teaching class" during Finals week.
Any girls, grades 8-11, interested in being on the dance team next year will have a meeting today during high school homeroom in the gym.
Students are not allowed to change their schedules for next year at this time. If you would like to make a schedule change, contact the office on or after July 27th.
All girls in grades 6-8 need to meet in Computer Lab at 12:30PM today.
The Montgomery Medical Clinic will be performing athletic physicals for Barr-Reeve students on Thursday, June 1, 2017. Cost will be $20. Call 812-486-2842 (Option 1) to schedule your appointment. All students entering grades 7-12 participating in a sport MUST have an athletic physical on file in the athletic office.
Final Exam Schedule - May 22 - 2nd & 5th May 23 - 1st, 3rd, & 6th May 24 - 4th & 7th. All teachers will have an assessment during allotted final exam time. Students will take an assessment in each class. All students must be present during scheduled final exam time. Only exception is intern students; they do not need to be present during final exam if parents have contacted Mr. Doyle. If you have a conflict with final exam you need to see Mr. Ash/Mr. Doyle ASAP.
All yearbook orders are due to Kerri Boyd or Mike DeCoursey by the last day of school. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a book if you do not place your order by this date. Order forms are available in the office.
Jr. High students who made DCI INpact band need to get registered by June 2nd or you lose your spot. No exception since they had over 900 applications turned in and took only 500.
The gym will be closed today through Sunday for the band concert.
6th grade band members who won an award at our spring concert will have pictures today. Be sure to bring you trophy.
Band concert is Sunday at 1:30 p.m .for Jr. High band and HIgh School band. You need to wear concert black outfits and be here at 1:00 p.m. Don't be late! Senior awards starts at 4:00 p.m. and our concert and awards need to start on time.
All School owned instruments need to be turned in by Monday if you are not in the graduation band. You need to bring in instruments at home as well as label the one that you play here at school. Graduation band will turn their instruments in after graduation. All Jr. High dresses need to be turned on Monday after our concert. Make sure they are washed when you turn them in. Any high school senior who wants to sell their concert black outfit needs to label it with your name and the amount you want for it. Please include sizes as well.
All money owed for reed purchases also needs to be taken care of.
7th will clean out lockers today during MS Homeroom. 10th & 12th will clean out lockers today during HS Homeroom.
Class sponsors will need to be in hallways supervising. Also, bring your recycle bin with you.
Students - if you have any wallpaper on locker door, sides of locker this needs to be removed. Wallpaper will not be allowed in lockers next school year.
Jr high baseball team members need to be at school at 5:00 today.
Students - if you owe money on your lunch account PLEASE get it paid by Tuesday!
There will be a short drivers education meeting today in Mr. DeCoursey's room. We will be passing out driving schedules, and going over rules. If you are in junior high, you need to plan on eating high school lunch.
Teachers - there will be a meeting with Brad Bosecker on Tuesday at 3:30 in the cafeteria for anyone that wants to attend.
